The use of social media has created a whole host of problems for HR managers and their legal advisers.

About the Presenter
Kathy Daniels was Head of HR at a large manufacturing business in the West Midlands. She became interested in employment law, and this interest led to her developing expertise in the area. She is now a lecturer at Aston University, teaching employment law and employee relations at undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has written a number of books, including an employment law textbook which is in its fourth edition. She writes employment law related material for a range of organisations, including the CIPD. She is a lay member of the Employment Tribunal sitting in Birmingham.
